Joe has 10 years of experience flying PPG, including 6 years as a USPPA PPG (Foot Launch) Instructor.  Preferring a one-on-one training approach, Joe has worked with more than 100 students in pursuit of fulfilling their dream of personal flight.

Joe trained in California with USPPA co-founder Phil Russman.  Following 3 years of personal flight experience, he received his USPPA Instructor Rating.

Serving in his 5th year with the FAA Safety Team as a Wings IT Specialist, Joe is General Aviation Liaison for the USPPA and the FAA.

Joe is a veteran of the United States Navy, and is retired from decades of service as a Senior Corporate Executive in the Healthcare and Information Technology sectors.
